About Us

We Conceptualize and incubate Innovative Ideas

IDEA is a platform that provides incubation, reflection and conceptualization spaces for young people with pro-democracy and development ideas as well as the required technical support needed to translate thoughts into reality.
We are a youth-led, non-aligned, secular and not-for-profit institution that accommodates the spectrum of affiliations in Uganda. We use Innovative media and information Technology to engage young people in governance, and while we do this, we apply the HRBA principles.
We subscribe to the international Human Rights principles of empowering people to know and claim their rights and increasing the ability and accountability of individuals and institutions who are responsible for respecting, protecting and fulfilling rights..
